We are looking for talented, driven, and highly motivated early career and recognized researchers educated in chemistry and modeling for chemistry or a related discipline for development of inorganic nanomaterials. Applicants should possess scientific curiosity, a strong work ethic and ability to engage in teamwork in an interdisciplinary environment.
The positions are open to all EU and non-EU nationals but shall match the profile of a “Recognized Researcher” (R2) as set out in the European Framework for Research Careers - Research profiles descriptors.

What is offered to the successful candidate?
- A full time position contract ( ~39 months, depending on the starting date)

In addition, for the candidates whose diplomas are not released by Romanian institutions, recognition and equivalency is mandatory; after a 6-month probation period the decision of hiring until the end of the project will be taken).

Selection procedure:
- Ranking of candidates based on the information provided in the application file
- Shortlisting of the most suitable candidates and communication of decision to the applicants (~ by September 11, 2023)
- Interview (by September 15, 2023)
- Ranking of candidates and decision of the management team
- Notification to the successful applicant (by September 21, 2023)
Note: The estimated deadlines depend on the number of applications. A high number of applications may postpone the subsequent steps of the selection process accordingly.
What is offered to the successful candidate?
- A full time position contract ( ~39 months, depending on the starting date)
- (The position should be filled by October 1st, 2023 or November 1st depending on the candidate location. In addition, for the candidates whose diplomas are not released by Romanian institutions, recognition and equivalency is mandatory; after a 6-month probation period the decision of hiring until the end of the project will be taken).
- Remuneration package, covering the hours worked, social security contributions (mandatory employer and employee contributions), and health insurance, will be of 1500- 2000 euros depending on the experience. (According to Romanian legislation, the activity on research projects is not taxable.)
