We are pleased to announce that the ESEI-BioMed project will host a three-day workshop titled "Horizon Europe projects: from a project proposal to project management and reporting." in Sovata, Romania, between 19 and 21 June 2025.
This interactive event is designed to provide researchers and administrative staff involved in research projects with practical knowledge and insights into the full lifecycle of Horizon Europe projects — from proposal preparation and submission, to implementation, financial management, and final reporting.
The workshop will include:
- Guidance on structuring competitive proposals under Horizon Europe calls
- Best practices in project coordination and communication
- Financial and legal aspects of project implementation
- Insights into reporting requirements and audits
- Real case studies shared by experienced coordinators
